Kanye dropped another track this evening, perhaps off of the Watch the Throne record he Tooted about earlier in the afternoon. “Monster” features Hov, Bon Iver, Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj. After one listen, I’m digging it. I’m not normally a huge Minaj fan, but this beat is perfectly partnered with her vocal style. I’ll give it another go-round in the morning and edit with my proper thoughts.
My lady’s review: “Not a fan, he’s trying too hard to be hard, even though he wears popped collars.”
